Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Lulori app. By accessing or using Lulori, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

What Lulori is

Lulori creates fictional entertainment imagery. It does not provide a genetic, medical or scientific prediction. Safety checks may reject photos or requests.

Lulori imagines a future baby from two parent photos and creates styled keepsakes from an existing baby photo.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old to use Lulori. If you are below the age of majority where you live, you may use it only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You remain responsible for having the required permission to upload every photo.

Your photos

You keep the rights you already have in your photos, and you allow Lulori to process them as needed to provide the service you request. You must have permission from every adult shown, and guardian authorization for any child shown.

Unlawful, deceptive, sexual, exploitative, harmful or rights infringing use is not allowed.

Generated output

Output may be inaccurate, biased or not unique to you. No intellectual property rights in output are guaranteed. Subject to these Terms, you may use generated images for personal purposes. You must not use them to violate another person's rights, mislead others or break the law.

Accounts and purchases

Lulori uses Sign in with Apple on iOS and Sign in with Google on Android. Store purchases remain governed by the App Store or Google Play account used at checkout.

AI processing consent is separate from these terms, and it can be withdrawn in Settings.

Credits

The credit cost is displayed before a request is confirmed
Actual store prices, offer eligibility and renewal terms are controlled by the app store, not by this page
A subscription automatically renews and charges your store account unless you cancel under the terms shown at checkout. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it
All granted credits roll over and remain usable after you cancel a subscription. Deleting your account removes access to your remaining credits

One future-baby image or baby-photo template uses one credit. Subscriptions replenish credits after verified paid billing periods, while credit packs are one-off purchases and do not require a subscription. Any introductory trial is limited to eligible users and grants its stated allowance once. The store confirms the applicable price, billing period and trial terms before you purchase.

How a generation settles

Credits are reserved when you start a request. A successfully saved result uses those credits. Invalid inputs and failed generations leave no final credit charge. If a result is uncertain, recovery resolves the request before its final credit balance is confirmed.

Restores and refunds

Eligible purchases can be restored. Consumable purchases may not restore through the store, so contact support with your receipt details if something is missing.

Refund decisions belong to the stores, so no refund outcome is guaranteed. A verified refund reverses only unspent credits from the refunded purchase.

Ownership and permitted use

Lulori's software, branding and design belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the app under these Terms and the rules of your app store.

You must not bypass credits, billing, safety or security controls, disrupt the service, or misrepresent generated images as real photographs. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or a breach of these Terms.

Availability

Third-party services can be interrupted or changed, which can interrupt the app. Lulori is provided as available, and generated images may not meet your expectations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. These statements apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Deleting your account

Account deletion is asynchronous, and limited purchase identifiers may remain for duplicate-credit prevention, refunds or legal obligations. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the store.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Lulori changes. Material changes will be explained here and through any notice required by applicable law.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under the law where you live. Applicable mandatory consumer protections continue to apply to purchases, refunds and your use of Lulori.
