Delete your Lulori account
You can request permanent deletion in the app or contact us by email if you cannot access your account.
In the app
- Open Lulori and sign in with the same account used for Lulori: Apple on iOS or Google on Android.
- Open the Settings gear.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Read the permanent deletion confirmation, then choose Delete account to submit the request.
Once the service accepts the request, the app signs you out and clears its local private state and cached portraits. Hosted deletion continues asynchronously. Acceptance of a request does not mean every stored copy has already been removed.
If you cannot access the app
Email waadrarii@gmail.com with the subject Lulori account deletion request. Include the email address and whether you used Apple on iOS or Google on Android. If you used Apple's private relay address, include it if you know it.
Support will manually verify account ownership before acting on a request. Sending an email does not automatically delete an account. Do not attach photos, identity documents, passwords, access tokens or full payment card details.

Account deletion removes uploaded input copies, any undelivered generated images, generation jobs and account data, followed by the authentication account. The app also clears My Portraits from that device. Copies already saved to Photos or shared elsewhere must be deleted separately.
After stored images are deleted, delivery caches may take a short time to refresh. Copies already downloaded, saved or shared outside Lulori must be deleted separately.
What may be retained
Limited purchase identifiers may remain for duplicate-credit prevention, refunds or legal obligations. Apple, Google, RevenueCat and other providers may retain records under their own policies. Purchase identifiers currently have no automatic expiry. Copies retained by providers, including backups, follow their own retention and legal obligations.

Processing time
Deletion continues in the background and can take longer if a service is unavailable. We do not promise an immediate or fixed completion time. Contact support if you need help with the status of a request.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting Lulori or your Lulori account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel through the store account used for purchase.
